Don’t be disappointed if this your kid’s mindset. In fact, it could be a good thing! When a kid takes on the task of “fixing” or building something, you can almost feel their concentration as they spend hours and hours on what seems to adults as a pointless endeavor. What we sometimes don’t realize, is what is going on behind the scenes. They’re learning motor skills, architecture and mechanics.
The set contains:
- Hammer with fiberglass handle and rubber grip
- 10 ft Locking tape measure with rubber protective case and rubber lanyard (inches and centimeters)
- Phillips screwdriver with magnetic tip
- Flat head screwdriver with magnetic tip
- Adjustable wrench with visible markings up to 1 inch
- Adjustable pliers with rubber grip
- Flat nose pliers with rubber grip and integrated wire cutter
- 50 lumen LED flashlight with aluminum housing. Takes (1) AA battery (not included)

Since no child has the same level of maturity, we observed many different aged kids and decided on: Ages 6 to 13 years old. Although these can surely be used for playing, we don’t consider this set a “Toy”. Please supervise children using tools and be sure they wear proper protective gear. And don’t be surprised if you find yourself using this Kids Tools Set for household or automotive tasks while your child is at school!

The tools in this set are not replica’s of real tools. They ARE real tools. They are sized for use by children 6 to 13 years. Made of hard steel, NOT plastic.
Children aren’t known for being careful with things. Which is why these are made to take the abuse of a reckless youngster.
